Unattended delivery options All parcels will be sent and will require signature unless you request a delivery without signature. We are able to pass along your details for a nominated ‘safe delivery’ location where your parcel will be left if you are not at home. Please note that this option is at your own risk and we are not liable for missing or damaged items if a safe delivery request has been made. No refunds or replacements will be made if a safe delivery option is requested and the item has been marked as safely delivered.

Standard Shipping Times Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be packed. Once with the courier, please allow 2-3 business days for metropolitan areas in NSW,QLD,VIC & 3-10 business days for other locations. This is only a guide and variables such as courier availability and shipping delays can change these times.

Delivery Enquiries or Problems For any delivery or shipping queries please contact sales@kingtidebrewing.com.au.  You will receive tracking information from our system once the courier has picked up your order. You can use this tracking information to view the status of your parcel and to follow up directly with the courier with any concerns you may have.
